Addition to the Level-2 Library

Beat up Carpal Tunnel Syndrome with Jujutsu

In our recent Eastern Ergonomics course, I showed some “unofficial” stretches that are helpful to people who are using their hands for fine motor movements on a regular basis: people who type, musicians, and so on.

You’ll find this video in your Eastern Ergonomics Level-2 Instructor Library on elumenEd.com. As a Level-2 graduate, you have ongoing access to the Eastern Ergonomics library for your staff and students. I’ll add information to the libraries on a regular basis, and I’ll send you a message from this newsletter when I do.

There are two libraries you have exclusive access to: the document library (workbooks, the teacher’s guide, etc.) and a video library that gives you recaps of how to perform the techniques you learned and reminders about the important points.

Log into your libraries 👉 here 👈 . If you haven’t already signed up for an account, create that first. Then add the items on that page to your cart and check out. They will be free. These resources are only available to course graduates, so I approve each request individually to make sure only the people in the super secret Level-2 Club have access! I’ll move things along as quickly as possible!

The way I’ve set this distribution system up on my website is new, so if there are any problems please just reply to this email and let me know so I can correct them.

Thanks for being a part of Eastern Ergonomics! If you have any special requests for videos or content, reply to this email and let me know!

This is called the “kote gaeshi” stretch (pronounced, roughly, “ko-tay guy-shee)
